WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Collaborates closely with Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Location Planning, & Space Planning to connect strategy & execution. Additionally partners with MSC Managers, & Store Leadership Teams to optimize end-to-end product flow. Aligns with Full Price Allocation counterparts to share learnings & create synergy. Leads across the broader Nike Value community, influencing beyond direct reporting lines & representing Allocation in senior-level forums. This role reports into the NVS Allocation Director, managing a team of 3-5 people.

You’ll drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, & cross-functional ways of working — collaborating closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC), & Store Operations (SSP) to build an agile & connected retail ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the below criteria;
Solid experience in Retail Allocation, Store Management, Retail Operations, or related in-season business management.
Proven experience leading & developing teams, with a focus on empowerment & accountability.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, & retail math capability.
Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complexity, tailor messaging to the audience, & confidently present to senior leadership & cross-functional partners.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills; builds trust quickly & drives alignment across diverse perspectives.
Strong systems thinking — understands dependencies, anticipates tradeoffs, & designs solutions that benefit the entire value chain.
