WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Manager, Responsible Supply Chain Vietnam you will play a pivotal role in driving Nike’s sustainability and compliance strategies across our manufacturing partners in Vietnam. Reporting to Director, Responsible Supply Chain – Vietnam, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to operationalize global strategies, ensure supplier alignment with Nike’s standards, and contribute to our ambitious compliance, environmental and social impact goals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sustainability professional with strong manufacturing experience and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Based in Vietnam, they will drive Nike’s sustainability programs across Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in footwear, apparel, and materials. The role demands deep knowledge of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), compliance, along with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, embraces innovation, and can coach teams toward measurable impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or compliance, preferably in footwear, apparel, or materials manufacturing.

  • Demonstrated people management and leadership experience, including a minimum of 6 months of managing team members and/or leading cross-functional collaboration.

  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, capable of navigating complex supplier environments, and skilled in data analysis and dashboard tools to support decision-making.

  • Proficiency in ESG, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, Lean principles, and sustainability systems.

  • Advanced problem-solving and data analysis using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Manager, Responsible Supply Chain Vietnam you will lead supplier engagement and capability building to implement Nike’s Responsible Supply Chain strategy across Vietnam. You’ll drive environmental targets, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve supplier performance and sustainability outcomes.

  • Lead suppliers in executing Nike’s Responsible Supply Chain strategy with a focus on compliance.

  • Coach supplier sustainability teams to deliver sustainability targets aligned with Nike’s strategy.

  • Manage supplier performance using Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) approach and data-driven dashboards.

  • Facilitate capability development through coaching, training, and learning communities.

  • Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans for continuous improvement.

  • Influence stakeholders by socializing business cases for sustainability initiatives.

  • Lead and empower internal sustainability team; manage budget and cross-functional alignment.
