WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic engineering manager with a passion for building and leading high-performing software engineering teams. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable data platforms and services.
Skillset Required
12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data platforms.
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, with demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and growing talent.
Expertise in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, SQL etc.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP Cloud SQL, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka and Apache Airflow.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data pipeline frameworks, metadata management, and data governance controls.
Strong understanding of architectural design patterns and core computer science principles.
Proven ability to deliver high-impact, scalable services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of software engineers responsible for Design, build and maintaining scalable data platforms, data products, data pipelines and services.
Drive the development of SDKs, APIs, and microservices that support enterprise-wide data and analytics needs.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering leaders to define and execute the technical roadmap.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, data governance, and platform observability.

Align engineering initiatives with broader organizational goals such as modernization, cloud cost optimization, and data governance.
