Manager, Software Engineering – NIKE Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Deliver the next generation of technology solutions, while working to elevate engineering practices and team capability; coach the team to design, build, test, deploy and maintain NIKE's technology; ensure NIKE is delivering sustainable technology by being hands-on: doing peer reviews and providing technical direction; align engineering resources to support product outcomes; partner with program, product and engineering peers to ensure we are aligning appropriate technology outcomes with prioritized leadership initiatives; engage with the engineers on our collaborative DevOps squads to plan and deliver outcomes where security, reliability, and performance globally at scale are expected; and collaborate with other organizational leaders to ensure team health is high, and that team is building trust and diversity in the Nike Global Technology Organization. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or an Engineering-related occupation. Experience must include:
