Collaborate with Studio Creative, Production, and Post-Production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stay ahead of global styling trends and bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the studio’s creative output.

Partner with the Director of Studio Creative to refine styling processes, workflows, and systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Act as a mentor to the styling team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Director of Studio Creative and work closely with:

Studio leadership teams across Creative, Production, Post-Production, Operations, and Business Planning.

Internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Marketplace, and Merchandising.

External vendors, including wardrobe suppliers, prop houses, and other styling partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

8+ years of experience in styling for fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing premium work.

Deep expertise in product, wardrobe, and prop styling, with a proven ability to create visually compelling work at scale.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of stylists.

Excellent collaboration skills and a proven ability to work across disciplines to execute creative projects.

Knowledge of current fashion, cultural, and styling trends, particularly in the China market.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
