WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Nike Direct Supply Chain and leads an Order Management team focused on flawless execution. The team operates at the intersection of planning, transportation, distribution, and technology, translating strategy into day‑to‑day results. The manager leads individual contributors while partnering closely across a highly matrixed organization to deliver enterprise outcomes.

Nike is looking for a people‑first leader with deep Order Management and supply chain experience who knows how to win through others. This leader builds trust, sets clear expectations, and creates an inclusive culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement. They bring strong end‑to‑end systems thinking, connect business needs with technology solutions, and keep execution stable during critical moments. They are fluent in data, comfortable navigating complexity, and motivated to shape the future of Order Management through analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across teams are essential.
The Candidate Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on supply chain, transportation, and/or logistics
Proficiency in supply chain tools and platforms, including SAP S/4, Manhattan WMoS, Uber Freight, Snowflake, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot
Experience managing and coaching a team, with demonstrated interest in continuous learning and leadership development
Ability to effectively communicate, manage difficult conversations with stakeholders, and influence decision making
Experience, interest, and ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiences
Digital commerce and omni-channel supply chain experience preferred
Understanding of Nike Sales and Order Management processes preferred
Ability to work out of Beaverton, OR
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead people, processes, and partnerships to ensure strong order execution for Nike Direct. You’ll connect systems, data, and teams to keep the order book healthy, decisions clear, and outcomes on track—especially when the business matters most.
Lead, coach, and retain a high‑performing Order Management team through clear expectations, feedback, and development.
Build an inclusive culture rooted in trust, shared accountability, and continuous improvement.
Act as a key connector between planning, order management, warehousing, transportation, and technology teams.
Represent Nike Direct Supply Chain in new capability development, including requirements, testing, and adoption.
Use data, dashboards, and analytics to identify risks, guide actions, and improve execution outcomes.
Partner across teams to drive on‑time order writing, strong inventory health, and shipment performance aligned to service‑level agreements.
Shape the future of Order Management by helping define and adopt analytics, automation, and artificial‑intelligence‑enabled capabilities.
