WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Manager of Supply Chain, Execution partners with teammates across all facets of supply chain and planning, most notably Marketplace Supply Chain Account and Direct Teams, Planning, Finance, Integrated Fulfilment Planning (IFP), and Transportation. As the omni channel owner of Order Entry Deadline, and orderbook maintenance they own the preparation and mass execution of the orderbook during the buy. They lead a high performing team that is deeply engrained with cross-functional supply chain teammates across NA Operations. The role will routinely represent the performance of Seasonal Readiness and Sr. leadership through occurring forums and executive update settings.

The candidate will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
A minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
The Seasonal Readiness Execution team is a pillar of the broader Seasonal Readiness Team that encompasses, Sport Offenses that are aligned with the consumer teams. The Seasonal Readiness Execution team bridges the Planning and Marketplace teams with an omni channel role that helps facilitate communication in OED, Flow, Pricing, Late Adds and No DSM. The team's mission is to serve as the hub for orderbook and OED processes, supporting account teams and partnering with planning on communication.
In this role, you will:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners drive and maintain consistent standards for OED, late additions, workflow, and pricing.
Seek out ways to improve and streamline processes in your areas of responsibility.
Ensure clear and effective communication with all cross-functional partners, utilizing various forums ranging from one-on-one meetings to formal presentations.
Ensure all deadlines are adhered to in coordination with the code calendar and communicated to all cross-functional partners.
Develop your direct team to high functional acumen within the Marketplace Supply Chain spaces they support and lead. Ensure the right technical skillsets are fostered to create supply chain leaders of the future.
Establish a cross-functional network with unified alignment, ensuring all members work collaboratively toward a shared initiative.
