WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition, joining us as part of the Global talent acquisition team supporting APLA as a region reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition Asia Pacific & Latin America.
You will be managing a team of recruiters whilst driving effective & efficient recruiting strategies, working in close collaboration with globally distributed teams across Talent Acquisition, Business HR, Total Rewards & business teams whilst envisaging and executing the fulfilment plans.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
If this is you, you’ll be working in leading a world-class team of recruiters in India Technology Center (ITC) & driving the mission statement of “Win as Team” across and envisaging and executing the fulfilment plans for smooth hiring process.
12+ years of strong talent acquisition experience in fast-growing Tech organizations with proven track record of leading a team.
With 3 years at a Talent Acquisition managerial position from core Product & Tech/E-Commerce companies.
Hands on experience in addressing various recruiting challenges and issues.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve talent acquisition objectives.
Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills.
Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company.
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
Proactive, creative, fast learner.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, ITC (India Technology Center) you will be responsible for:
Developing, driving and implementing recruitment strategy and executing hiring plans.
Leading a recruitment team to fulfill all job openings through high quality, high efficiency approach.
Performing other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
Initiating and managing talent acquisition policies, activities, and programs.
Engaging in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies.
Playing talent advisory and consult hiring managers on hiring needs, job descriptions and hiring process.
Creating and leading recruiting projects to drive hiring progress.
Leading and coaching team members to ensure team productivity and high performance.
Allocating resources and workforce to meet recruitment requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team and corporate staffing team to ensure staffing strategy and activities are aligned with business needs and corporate framework.
Monitoring external recruiting vendors and partners. Managing job postings and hiring channels.
Handling senior positions hiring as required
