Job Accountabilities:

  • Work with TW sales team and finance team to build balanced business plan with the consideration of sales/margin/inventory to ensure the delivery of financial target and marketplace healthy for Nike wholesales business.

  • Initiate in-season management proposals to support business plans and cross functional alignment. Lead period analysis, including but not limited to product level sell through and overall sales/margin/ inventory study to influence current and future season planning.

Job Description Details:

Pre-season

  • Lead TW WS revenue forecast from marketplace capacity forecast for CSR & AOP and work with sales & finance team to drive aligned KPI, including Nike Rev. / retail sales / marketplace inventory, etc.

  • Initiate & facilitate yearly/seasonal in-season resource plan.

  • Work with Acct team & GC AP team to deliver aligned business plan through consumer code gates and support sports offense.

  • Support order book review and order adjustment process.

  • Work with GC AP & Acct team to support TW flex up/down, divert process for both Nike & Partner Inventory health.

  • Co-work with GC BP team and support GC sales EBP process and rolling plan submission.

In-season

  • Conduct weekly/monthly/seasonal business review and analysis of highlight or lowlight vs. plan, including traffic, sales, retail KPI, inventory and sports level & key product performance.

  • Work with Sales & Finance team to align Quarterly / monthly shipment plan and track closely to drive meaningful alignment & actions.

  • Track key product in-season performance to trigger cross season management plan.

  • Initiate and review sales programs to drive business result and align with cross functional team.

  • Initiate CXL/return plan to drive in-season product performance and marketplace inventory healthy.

Post-season

  • Recap seasonal sales performance & marketplace inventory status vs LY / plan.

  • Share business review insights with leadership and cross functional teams.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related field preferred

  • 8+ years with demonstrated experiences on retail business planning. WHSL business experience is preferred.

  • Strong leadership as well as team collaboration capability. Able to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business

  • High learning agility. Demonstrated capability on quick read & react to the dynamic marketplace environment
