Whether you join Retail Marketing or Energy Marketing, you’ll contribute to projects that connect Nike to the city in meaningful ways.

You bring:

  • A strong interest in Nike and Spanish youth culture (with Barcelona as a hub) — spanning fashion, sport, music, and creativity

  • Fluency with AI tools and strong digital/social platform awareness

  • Organization, ownership, accountability, and a team-first approach

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Keynote)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will join one of two tracks—Retail Marketing or Energy Marketing—and support campaigns, community connections, and operational work that brings Nike’s Barcelona strategy to life.

You will:

  • Map and help grow Nike’s creator and community network in Barcelona and across Spain — from local creators and tastemakers to community leaders and emerging cultural voices.

  • Support product storytelling, styling and talent coordination for creator and community‑led Nike Energy activations. (Energy track).

  • Assist with retail campaigns, membership storytelling, and store activations (Retail track).

  • Manage product orders, seeding operations, budgets, and operational workflows.

  • Support communications, presentations, newsletters, internal events, and external activations.

  • Conduct competitor analysis, cultural insights, and Gen Z–focused media mapping.

  • Provide reporting and analysis that informs seasonal strategy.

To be eligible, you must:

  • You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, Design, Communications, Digital Media, Music, or a related field.

  • Meet the requirements for the Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional

  • Have completed your degree within the past 3 years (or 5 years for candidates with a disability)

  • Be available for a 6‑month full‑time internship (with a possibility to extend to 12 months) and able to work on-site at our Barcelona office at least 3 days per week.
