Job Responsibility:
- Daily operation:
- Build smooth collaboration with cross functional teams and external customers to streamline the E2E daily operation process and drive the supply chain areas excellence for order management
- Collaborate with cross functional team to implement E2E order fulfilment from pre-season, in season until to post season, including no limited: order taking of pre-season, in-season OB order processing, goods return of post-season, ensure SAP data reconciliation and compliance process.
- Act as the voice of Converse Marketplace to drive within Supply Chain team to secure service delivery with quality and influence capability development continuously.
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment performance against service level agreements.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- Above 5 years’ retail operation/supply chain experience in FMCG;
- Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external customers.
- Good knowledge on SAP and BI operation, and with excellent Excel skill setup
- Fluent English both written and spoken.

- Goods communication skill via fact and data analysis approaching
