WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a member of the Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Nike Direct team, you will report to the MSC Nike Direct Director. You will collaborate with various Nike internal business functions; including Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Demand Supply Management (DSM), Finance, Logistics and Nike Technology.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Process Analyst to oversee day to day general operations and monitors, leverages and improves Performance KPI’s to maximize Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) services & drive business decisions.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Finance or related experience preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations or a related field is strongly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Korean and English.
Proficiency in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data.
Knowledge and a proactive mindset in Digital retail marketplace.
Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
Advanced knowledge in Excel is highly essential; experience with SAP is preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive insights into actions in partnership with cross functional teams by monitoring and understanding business operations. As a member of the MSC Nike Direct team, you need to support MSC Nike Direct team as well to respond effectively on consumer and cross functional team’s business requirements. On any given day, you will
Lead the resolution of consumer order related issue in collaboration with cross Geo/Territory teams
Conduct NIKE/SNKRS Launch product readiness and drive following up actions based upon Business & Operations decision
Lead Supply Chain readiness for NDDC Key Consumer Moments
Support NIKE/SNKRS and Online-To-Offline (O2O) Revenue recognition
Monitor, Measure and Analyze Supply Chain’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and develop Further Actions to meet performance targets
Support Old & Close-Out NDDC inventory liquidation and supply to other channels
Support Capability Building projects
