WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the APLA Merchandising Business Integration Director and partner closely with Merch, Planning, and Finance to align KPI’s and embed insights into seasonal processes. As a Smartsheet expert, you’ll support tools for product adds, and strategic merchandising decisions. Success requires strong partnerships and influencing skills.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking an APLA Merchandising Analyst to elevate our analytical capability and embed KPI‑driven decision‑making across the merchandising process. You will improve how we measure performance, track progress, and operationalize insights that support Nike Inc. and GEO priorities.
You bring a data‑driven mindset, can build upon existing KPI frameworks, create dashboards and reporting, and communicate insights clearly. You build trust quickly, work proactively, and streamline processes to strengthen how this analysis supports the business.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Analytics, Finance, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
2+ years in Merchandising, Planning, Operations, or Analytics
Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI
Experience with Nike systems (AV, MMX) preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, organization, and simplification
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will track, and operationalize KPIs that guide seasonal execution, ensuring Capacity, Flow, GPM, and product harmonization are consistently measured. Your work includes analyzing seasonal product data trends, building essential tableaux dashboards, and creating processes that integrate insights into decision‑making.
You’ll also manage Smartsheet product add requests tools and support system access governance (AV/MMX) across APLA and LATAM, strengthening compliance.
