WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH 

As part of the Global Accessories Merchandising team, you will help shape how Nike, Inc. Accessories serve athletes* around the world. Reporting to the Nike, Inc. Accessories leader, this role partners closely with Accessories Merchandising Leadership to support cross-sport strategy, portfolio tools, business insights, and execution across both in-house and licensed Accessories businesses. You will collaborate with partners across Accessories Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Geography Merchandising, Marketplace, and Licensing to create compelling consumer experiences and unlock growth across the Global Accessories portfolio.

  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, buying, product management, retail, or related business functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience using data to inform recommendations and decision-making.
  • Experience building business tools, reporting frameworks, presentations, or strategic analyses.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, you will help advance the Global Accessories offense by supporting cross-sport strategies, business tools, portfolio insights, and operating processes that strengthen how we serve athletes* and grow the business. Working across both in-house and licensed Accessories, you will gain enterprise exposure while building broad merchandising, business, and leadership capabilities in a global role.

  • Help shape Accessories strategies that connect athlete* needs, sport priorities, product opportunities, and business growth.
  • Build tools, portfolio frameworks, and reporting resources that enable sharper decisions and stronger execution.
  • Partner across Merchandising, Product Management, Planning, Consumer Insights, Geography teams, and Licensing to align priorities and uncover new opportunities.
  • Support both in-house and licensed Accessories businesses by finding new ways to improve the consumer experience and business performance.
  • Analyze business performance, marketplace trends, consumer insights, and portfolio productivity to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that strengthen how Accessories shows up across Nike and help shape the future of the portfolio.
  • Create leadership reviews, strategic presentations, and decision-making materials that tell a clear, compelling Accessories story.
