At Nike, we believe great teams build the future — and the Inline Stores Merchandising team is doing just that. We’re currently looking for Merchants to join us in leading the next chapter of Nike Inline Stores across EMEA.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-impact team of Merchandisers who are obsessed with delivering the Best Expression of Nike in our most pinnacle retail doors. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated individual with Merchandising or Buyer background, ready to contribute to Nike’s Inline Stores business and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced team.
To thrive in this role, this is what you bring:
Retail merchandising or buying experience, with hands-on involvement in retail assortment planning, in-season management, working in collaboration with planning and visual merchandising teams.
Understanding of retail KPIs such as productivity, sell-through, CR%, and how to influence them through assortment distribution and trades activities.
Comfort working with Excel (advanced level) and building presentations in PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or data visualization tools is a plus.
A track record of working on cross-functional initiatives - supporting store openings, assortment curation, or new product/collections launches.
A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to turn consumer and sales insights into tangible product actions at door level.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Merchandiser II on the Inline Stores team, you will support the end-to-end assortment process for a specific category or business area within Nike Direct Inline Stores. You will:
Scale Assortment Strategy for a Focused Business Area: Help scale global assortment frameworks for a defined business or product category, ensuring a strong local lens and tailored execution across 26 Nike-owned stores in EMEA.
Execute Door-Level Assortments: Work on door-level assortment builds, using consumer insights, sales data, and market knowledge to ensure the right product shows up in the right stores.
Collaborate Across a Squad Model: Work closely with teammates from Planning, Allocation, Consumer Merchandising, and Field team to drive aligned in-season execution and deliver, track against seasonal goals.
Manage Multiple Seasons in Parallel: Stay organized and agile while contributing to several seasonal timelines, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of assortment plans.
Leverage Data and Insights: Use tools, reports, and business metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve the assortment process and consumer experience.
