WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As an MPO Specialist II you will report to the Director of Orderbook Management, aligning to the Converse North America business. You will collaborate with the supply chain stakeholders to leverage data and drive business results. Your focus will include aligning analytics with orderbook objectives, such as driving inventory health, ensuring future demand aligns with operational capacities, and efficiently placing inventory in the network. In this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining the perfect order/contract. You will proactively engage with internal and external business partners across the organization to ensure successful order management execution.

Critical Experience Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills to translate business challenges into actionable insights. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads and proactively anticipate needs. Flexibility is a must.
- Strong skillset in MS Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Working knowledge in SAP and BI software applications.
- Familiar with EDI and Warehouse systems.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders to drive impactful results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Ability to clearly communicate strategic vision and purpose to internal and external partners, utilizing multiple platforms to drive clarity.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will be part of the Orderbook Management Team where you will be an integral contributing member. You will partner with Converse teams to ensure that we are able to deliver product to customers as planned. It is a unique opportunity to learn from all functions and become a Subject Matter Expert for Converse specifically focused on Orderbook Management, Allocation and Shipping, Supply Chain, and Planning to holistically drive order management excellence.
- Mine and explore data sources to build analyses and data findings with clear action points to improve business operations
- Monitor and measure the health of the business through identifying and deploying success metrics
- Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities
- Track, trace and communicate omnichannel performance (e.g. orderbook health, inventory movement, etc.) and recommend solutions to Account, Channel and Seasonal teams
- Develop, leverage, and streamline reporting and analytics best practices
- Drive orderbook insight by managing the open, allocated, and picked reports and will proactively adjust delivery/service information to ensure that orders ship as planned.
- Participate in an "MPO" network across the org to collaborate, share and learn
- Maintain detailed tutorials that include training manuals, compliance manuals, and EDI details.
