WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our team is looking for an experienced North America digital site professional who is passionate about co-creating and executing a best in class shopping experience for our Nike storefront on Amazon.
This is a fast-paced position where you will drive collaboration across multiple teams internal and external to Nike. This person is a self-motivated, strategic problem-solver with the ability to influence teams in a matrixed organization. This candidate will have the opportunity to recommend and implement new digital strategies to innovate and develop solutions evolving Nike’s CX and UX experience with our digital pure player partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience Site Merchandising, Sales Operations, Projects/Systems Management, Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related digital industry
- Digital site merchandising required; Amazon experience preffered
- Pre-emptive problem solver, wth an ability to assess and issue and develop actions steps for resolution
- Strong analytical communication and inter-personal skills with experience in reading and anlyzing digital retail metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at vaiouls levels with different and converging timelines
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel and data attribution
- Understanding of Nike Sales and Order Management processes
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Setting seasonal site merchandising strategies that address digital KPIs including consumer sentiment, conversion rates & sell-thru metrics Create a weekly/monthly/seasonally/etc. digital scorecard to assess the overall experience Digital read & react – works closely with AEs, brand, and Ads teams to determine quick-turn solutions to consumer friction triaging on site
Works collaboratively with extneral partner team to build capability roadmaps and continuously evolve the digital consumer experience across Beyond, Brand Store, PDP, etc. Works closely with merchandising and sales to define the seasonal digital merchandising strategy and activate to bring this to life on the platform Collaborates with Partner Marketing & Brand Creative to align marketing strategy + seasonal storytelling, asset availability, connect copy, etc. within the digital consumer journey Develops a sample management and procurement process to deliver seasonal assets to site
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report into the Ecommerce Sales Director. We will develop and maintain positive relationships with other key stakeholders such as Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and other internal partners. You will also collaborate with external partners and agenices to create strategies that optimize our brand and positioning on digital platforms
