SENIOR ASSORTMENT PLANNER, NIKE DIRECT DIGITAL COMMERCE (NDDC) – NORTH AMERICA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
- Experience in retail planning, merchandising, or inventory management strongly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Build and manage seasonal and in-season sales and inventory plans that align with merchandising and business strategies
- Partner with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to develop consumer-right assortment and pricing strategies
- Analyze business performance weekly, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Own and evolve reporting tools that drive clarity, consistency, and decision-making across the planning team
- Lead forecast updates and variance reporting across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
- Manage markdown strategies and price positioning across the portfolio in alignment with marketplace dynamics
- Drive lifecycle management from product launch through close-out, optimizing inventory health and financial outcomes
