WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
On a weekly basis, you will set seasonal flow and allocation plans based on seasonal initiatives, key consumer priorities, door-level strategies, and revenue drivers. This includes developing style, color, and size–level load-in and replenishment plans, as well as monitoring weekly store performance and adjusting allocation units as needed based on performance versus plan variances.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute in-season, cross-channel trade activities to maximize full-price sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining balanced and healthy inventory levels with optimal weeks of supply across key sports, consumers, and divisions.
