Network Engineer - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Provide operational technical support across a variety of infrastructure and end user services, such as network and client troubleshooting; assist with the implementation of infrastructure projects with teams across the globe; implement technical and functional resolution or workaround to mitigate or restore infrastructure service disruptions; work with Operational Management to assess impact and vitality of critical and impactful issues; assist in working with Operations and Vendors to identify and fulfill the best infrastructure solution based on business need; build Ekahau Predicative Analysis WiFi designs for new sites and stores; help maintain production support processes and ensures that teams are following documented processes to resolve issues; and ensure that senior production support management is always informed of the status of initiatives, impactful issues, team health and needs. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Network Engineering or Engineering Management and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.

Ekahau Software
Opening and managing RMA and TAC cases with Cisco
Cisco Prime
Cisco wireless such as AireOS and IOS-XE
Cisco DNA Center
Cisco ISE
Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira
Access layer switching, DNS, DHCP, and authentication
