Who We Are Looking For: 

 

We are looking for a collaborative and curious marketing specialist who thrives on teamwork, co-creating, and driving world-class paid media programs at Nike. In this role, you will help build an outstanding paid media program by elevating the brand through compelling storytelling and driving results that fuel marketplace growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sport and culture, deeply attuned to consumer insights, and eager to learn and apply emerging media trends. Your curiosity leads you to explore consumer insights and stay ahead of emerging media trends, while your thoughtful, consumer-first approach to problem solving and strong communication skills allow you to present ideas clearly and implement Nike’s marketing strategies in meaningful ways that connect with athletes*. Genuine enthusiasm for the Nike brand and its mission is essential. 

What You Will Experience: 

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.  

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.  

As a Global Brand Media Intern, you’ll be building relationships across internal marketing teams, media partners, creatives and our channel experts to proactively develop new and best-in-class approaches to create awareness and interest in Nike products, services and experiences.

What You Bring: 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027    

  • Background in marketing, communications, advertising, media studies, or a related field 

  • 0 - 2 years of work experience 

  • Resume submission (PDF strongly preferred) 

Skills: 

  • Understanding of today’s media landscape and how consumers engage with content across different channels 

  • Strong and thoughtful approach to solving challenges always keeping the consumer at the center 

  • Proven track record of working highly-collaboratively and cross-functionally investing in relationships across diverse teams 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to concept and deliver presentations on complex business issues. 

 

  • Passion for Nike’s mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world
