WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The NLS coach collaborates with functional teams across EMEA operations to help them achieve their strategic ambitions and build a culture that keeps inspiring them to always improve. Though our current focus is on the DC’s in Ham and Laakdal, our work domain is expanding across the Nike supply chain.

Within NLS, the coach is part of a smaller team of 10-15 people with whom he/she will work on a daily basis to serve our athletes personally and to continuously improve.

The candidate has a passion for developing others. Continuous improvement comes with constant change and the NLS coach shows resilience in case of setbacks.  He/ she is a subject matter expert and coach for NLS principles, tools, and techniques to drive a culture of operational excellence.

  • A proven track record of excellent training, facilitation and transition management skills
  • Experience in lean and/or agile thinking and challenging the status quo. 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in English.
  • End to end knowledge of Logistics and supply chain processes, data driven analysis as a plus.
  • An innate sense of who can score by networking and building partnerships
  • A forward-thinking mind set that enables the self-starter within to accomplish the goals

  • No relocation package/deal: candidates must currently reside in Belgium to be considered for this position. Applications from outside Belgium will be declined.

  • You utilize root cause analysis and lean principles to eliminate non-value-added activities in processes across Logistics.
  • You document, standardize, and enhance NLS tools and processes to ensure consistent application and effectiveness across the Supply Chain
