You are expected to bring hands‑on technical experience across core building systems and material‑handling support equipment, and to apply that experience consistently through preventative maintenance, first‑pass repair, and clean documentation.

This experience should enable the Athlete to safely diagnose issues, perform standard repairs, and recognize when escalation is required.

  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Discipline
    • Accurately document work performed, parts used, and failure symptoms in CMMS (e.g. eMaint)
    • Close work orders same shift whenever possible
    • Provide clear, useful notes that support trend analysis and continuous improvement
