  • Bachelor/Masters Degree student or equivalent. A background in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, Sports Management, or other related fields is a plus. 

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously. 

  • Proactive, energetic attitude with passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, fashion 

  • Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications. 

  • A team player, ability to take ownership, curious to learn new things and challenge the status quo. 

  • A passion for the Converse brand and a genuine connection to youth-driven culture—whether through music, sport, creative expression, or community. 

 

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST 

 

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution) 

  • Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2026 

  • Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike 

  • EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL) 

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality.  

  • You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.  

  

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON 

 

We’re hiring for several functions, with one exciting opportunity available in each area. Previous interns have worked on the following projects: 

 

Digital Commerce: 

 

  • Helped to build a consistent framework for measuring the success of partner activations and their impact on consumer engagement. 

  • Analyzed Converse pricing strategies across western Europe 

  • Explored partner perceptions through research and gathered insights to strengthen collaboration, trust, and long-term value creation. 

 

Marketing: 

 

  • Maintained and enhanced creator profiles to support personalized outreach and campaign planning. 

  • Improved targeting strategies by enabling smarter filtering—helping the team connect with the right creators at the right time. 

  • Streamlined campaign preparation by reducing manual search and boosting efficiency; allowing for faster, more impactful marketing execution. 

 

Planning: 

 

  • Applied machine learning-based clustering techniques to improve product order book estimation and support demand planning. 

  • Designed and automated Excel-based forecasting tools to enhance alignment across planning and merchandising teams. 

  • Conducted product lifecycle analysis using advanced analytics to uncover insights that inform go-to-market strategies and inventory decisions. 

 

Strategy: 

 

  • Elevating the strategic scorecard process by identifying key metrics, locating data sources, and contributing to the execution of Converse’s FY26 Strategy. 

  • Translating lagging indicators into leading insights, helping the team anticipate market movements and adjust strategies proactively 

  • Creating and maintaining an internal competitor analysis database and integrating insights from market intelligence tools 

  • Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour shifts, and competitive dynamics across regions 

 

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

  • Social & sporting events with an intern cohort of approximately 50 students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

01 Solliciteer

02 Maak kennis met een recruiter of doe een test

Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.

03 Sollicitatiegesprek

Begin vol zelfvertrouwen aan deze fase door onderzoek te doen, te begrijpen waar we naar op zoek zijn en je voor te bereiden op vragen die zijn bedoeld om meer over jou en je achtergrond te weten te komen.
