- Are enrolled in Facility - or Hotel Management studies
- Are eager to learn how a Business Services department contributes to the success of an Enterprise
- Has high communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels within the Global Places and Service (GPS) organization
- Are willing to invest in and contribute to operational tasks, understanding the bigger purpose it serves
- Are eager to effectively contribute to complex projects
- Have proficiency in English and Dutch, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Versatile and adaptable team member, comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize tasks of competing priorities
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
- A team player aiming for shared success
- A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports, fitness, or movement—whether through participating, watching, or simply staying active
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
- Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution) .
- Be available for a 6-month fulltime (40h/weekly) internship starting February 1st, 2026 .
- Be able to work in a hybrid model: a minimum of 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL)
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality.
- You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.
Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Global Places and Services team, we design and bring to life places and services for Nike and the athlete*. We do this through our GPS core capabilities, location, environment, events, sport, nutrition and mobility. As a team member of our EHQ GPS team, you will contribute to the day-to-day campus operations, collaborating closely with our Strategic Partners, ensuring that they are set up for success in operating Nike’s inspiring and efficient workplace services. You are a great teammate that can effectively establish sustainable relationships within the cross-functional teams to integrate and implement Nike Enterprise Strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Creating and coordinating a seamless operation of effective workplace services including Integrated Facility Management, Sports and Nutrition
- Contributing to the performance and contract management of strategic partners
- Supporting the GPS EHQ team with rhythm of the business coordination and reporting
- Supporting GPS projects and programs at EHQ
- Supporting cross-functional campaigns, events and programs across campus
- Supporting onboarding program for new starters
- Driving connection and collaboration between strategic partners, stewarding the “one service “ team approach
- Supporting the FY26 and FY27 EHQ GPS strategic priorities ( Co-location 2.0 and EHQ presence and participation dashboard )

01 Solliciteer

02 Maak kennis met een recruiter of doe een test
Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
03 Sollicitatiegesprek
Begin vol zelfvertrouwen aan deze fase door onderzoek te doen, te begrijpen waar we naar op zoek zijn en je voor te bereiden op vragen die zijn bedoeld om meer over jou en je achtergrond te weten te komen.
