WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Lead Professional, Brand Creative, Voice Narrative, you’ll be part of the Brand Creative team at Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Voice Narrative Senior Manager, you’ll work with a team of Art Directors, Designers, Producers, Strategists and Writers, leading projects across key workstreams and initiatives. Beyond the Nike EMEA Brand Creative core team, you will also work closely with external creatives – commissioning work varying multiple fields. You will collaborate with the Global Narrative field to ensure consistency across our work and contribute to strengthening our creative network.
Within the broader Marketing organization, your main partners internally will be Brand Marketing, Energy Marketing, and Retail Marketing. You will partner closely with these teams to develop and deliver compelling, culturally resonant work across EMEA, aligned with broader strategic priorities.

· Strong track record managing complex production processes, budgets and timelines.
· Ability to partner with senior leaders, external agencies and top-tier external creatives.
· Innovative storytelling using emerging platforms and formats.
· Strong writing skills to articulate ideas confidently through narratives and copy (e.g. headlines, social, digital) when needed.
· Clear, confident and influential presentation skills.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As our Lead Professional, Voice Narrative, you’ll shape the voice that expresses the heart and soul of the Nike brand, athletes, communities, products, and services to inspire our consumers through the power of storytelling.
Working closely with Brand Creative sports offense teams and Brand Marketing, you’ll lead the development and delivery of creative strategies and concepts across key initiatives, translating broader brand and seasonal direction into high-quality, culturally relevant work across both brand voice and product storytelling.
You’ll lead key campaigns and priority projects end-to-end, ensuring strong creative output from brief through to execution across our biggest moments and priority dimensions.
In close partnership with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you’ll refine and elevate the work, communicate concepts clearly to different audiences, and confidently navigate feedback across senior stakeholders.

Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
