MISSION:
City Service Center (CSC) is an important part of Nike Logistics network, supporting NDS （Nike Direct Store） business growth. We are looking for a reliable talent to be responsible for manage daily warehouse operation including inbound, outbound, inventory and vendor management; Deliver excellent service level to NDS and enable efficiency through partner with 3PL; At the meantime collaborate with cross functions to achieve business target. The role requires operational mindset, strong communication skills to coordinate internal and external stakeholder management.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
CSC Operation Management:
· Manage CSC day-to-day Operations, both B2B and O2O, ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all NDS demand with aligned service level.
· Be flexible and reliable to response NIKE business fast pace and dynamic environment; Transfer upstream requirement into operation execution.
· Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews on service fulfillment as well as operation performance, utilize the data insight to identify operation risks and opportunities. Propose actions to drive operation accuracy and efficiency.
· Deliver successful NDS moments fulfillment like National Day Holiday/CNY/Labor Day Holiday sales peak; Develop standard operation process and improve service level.
· Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders (MSC/LP/ARO/NDS) and collaborate on X-functional projects.
· Monitor monthly billing and track actual cost vs. budget plan.
Operation excellence:
· Continue to drive warehouse operation optimization; Collaborate with MSC/ARO/Trans to drive E2E process efficiency.
· Follow NLS methodology to identify process improvement opportunities and drive enhancement.
3PL Management:
· Conduct effective KPI review mechanisms to track 3PL performance, update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
· Leverage negotiation skills to motivate 3PL and perform at their best, Influence 3PL towards the NIKE strategy and achieve business goals together.
· Contract management.

Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
