WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be an integral part of NIKE EMEA Merchandising, a function that translates consumer insights, product strategy, and sport culture into assortments that move athletes and the marketplace forward. This team is fast, curious, and highly collaborative—connecting Global and EMEA leadership, cross‑functional partners, and external stakeholders to deliver impact at scale.
You will report directly to Senior Director, Running Merchandising, acting as a trusted partner to their Leadership Team. In total, you’ll be supporting 4 Sr. Directors who are part of the EMEA Merchandising Leadership Team; collaborating daily with Merchandising, Brand, Planning, Finance, Operations, and Global counterparts, while also working closely with other Senior Administrative Assistants across the business. You do not manage people directly, but you influence outcomes through strong relationships, judgment, and operational leadership.

- Advanced calendar, travel, and expense management across multiple time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, distil, and follow through
- High comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and sensitive situations
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, offsites, global visits, and large-scale events
- Confidence handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Fluency with business tools, systems, and collaboration platforms; quick to adapt to new ways of working
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll enable senior leadership to operate at their best by orchestrating priorities, information flow, and execution across EMEA and Global teams. You turn complexity into clarity, anticipate needs before they surface, and ensure the business moves forward with pace and confidence.

- You are visible, approachable, and relied upon—acting as a go‑to contact for your Leader, team, and stakeholders
- You plan and execute logistics for leadership meetings, country tours, global visits, café sessions, and team offsites, often under tight timelines
