Converse Digital Marketing team exists to connect deeply with consumers and creators, serving them at the pace of youth culture in the digital spaces and platforms that matter most in their lives. This team is designed to connect the emotion of the Converse Brand, product, and experiences in innovative and powerful ways.
We are seeking a visionary, highly curious, and operationally expert Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead our Digital Marketing offense in GC. The ideal candidate will not only co-create a new era of Converse brand but also demonstrate the courage to pursue ambitious goals, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to build and leverage a global network for cross-cultural collaboration.
You must be a consumer-obsessed, creativity-driven marketer with deep strategic and operational expertise in youth culture and lifestyle. You will act as a brand innovator who elevates team performance, influences decision-makers, and delivers consistently exceptional quality in every execution.

What You Will Work On
- Develop and execute the GC digital brand marketing strategy for Converse brand, ensuring each activation meets the highest standards of quality and resonates with GC consumers during key moments.
- Lead with strategic storytelling to align cross-functional and leadership stakeholders around big ideas.
- Manage resource planning and delivery execution to bring ideas to life with precision and excellence.
- Collaborate with and empower top-tier creative talent to produce world-class consumer experiences.
Who You Will Work With
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing GC. You are part of the GC Marketing leadership and lead a high-performing team that orchestrates the digital marketing offense for Converse brand. This role works hand-in-hand with:
- GC Brand marketing, Retail marketing and Brand creative teams
- Converse Direct Digital marketplace team
- Global digital marketing team
...to ensure brand storytelling, demand generation, and community connection are all executed at the highest level.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in digital marketing with deep, demonstrated expertise in the digital and social media ecosystem.
- Genuine passion for youth culture, music, art, skate and fashion.
- Strong command of digital platforms (e-commerce, apps, etc.).
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams with a team-first mentality and influence at senior levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of inspiring internal and external audiences.
- Ability to balance creativity with discipline in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Visionary mindset with the courage to pursue bold goals.

02 Maak kennis met een recruiter of doe een test
Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
