WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Facilitation to lead Nike’s global facilitation efforts across our enterprise learning portfolio. This role ensures that learning experiences are brought to life with impact, credibility, and consistency—whether engaging senior leaders or broad employee audiences. The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator with a passion for leadership development, who thrives on inspiring others and developing a high-performing team of facilitators.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Strategic:

  • Drive the facilitation vision and strategy for enterprise learning programs, ensuring alignment with Nike’s leadership and talent strategies.
  • Partner with Learning Operations to forecast facilitation demand and ensure delivery resources are aligned.
  • Champion innovation in facilitation methods, embedding cutting-edge approaches that elevate the learner experience.
  • Maintain a learner-first mindset, ensuring facilitation practices inspire and engage Nike teammates at all levels.

Operational:

  • Deliver high-stakes facilitation for senior leaders and enterprise audiences, role modeling excellence in delivery.
  • Oversee facilitation schedules, forecasting, and assignment of facilitators in partnership with the Learning Operations team.
  • Ensure consistency of delivery through facilitation standards, toolkits, and coaching practices.
  • Apply metrics and feedback to continuously improve facilitation effectiveness.

Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of facilitators, building their capability to deliver world-class learning experiences.
  • Cultivate an internal bench of facilitation talent by mentoring, certifying, and scaling facilitation expertise across the enterprise.
  • Model Nike’s Maxims and HR values, inspiring a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong networks across Nike’s HR and business communities to anticipate facilitation needs and ensure enterprise readiness.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Director, Coordination and Facilitation (reporting line) to align on facilitation strategy and direction.
  • Learning Operations team to forecast facilitation demand and ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Global and Regional HR & Talent COEs to support delivery of leadership development and enterprise learning programs.
  • Business and senior leaders across Nike as a facilitator and trusted advisor.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of experience, education, and training.
  • 5–7 years of facilitation experience, including delivery to senior leaders and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop facilitation teams.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in forecasting and partnering with operations to align resources with demand.

Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
