As a Senior Professional supporting the Italian market business, you will help strengthen relationships with key accounts, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to unlocking the full potential of the Converse brand. You will play an important role in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic direction of the business.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will support the day‑to‑day management our Italian market business as we continue to grow the Converse business in alignment with our integrated marketplace strategy.
Create: Define relevant Partner Assortments, Go To Market plans, Opportunities and Forecasts to execute against the Strategic Account Plan and Seasonal Priorities Ownership: own the execution of the Seasonal Sales and Go To Market processes and milestones, within budget and against set timelines Partnership: Establish and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to provide best in class customer service at all levels of the customer’s business
Develop yourself: Build your commercial, analytical and partnership skills to grow your career at Converse Collaborate: work closely with Customer Operations, Business Planning, Go to Market, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to support account needs
Plan, Implement, Review & Optimize: Contribute to seasonal planning, performance reviews and continuous improvement to best connect with the Converse consumer & support the future help translate the Global Growth Strategy into actionable plans for your account
Team Player: Be an active member of the Italian cross-functional team, sharing insights and supporting collective goals
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Italian sales and marketing team, reporting to the Director, and key stakeholders across the business. You will also collaborate with the broader Global Growth Team and engage with Global partners on selected topics to support your account.
The role is based in Converse Italy HQ, Milano, with occasional travel to meet our retail partners and connect with the central organization.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for the Converse brand and Culture Solid experience in customer management, ideally in the fashion/sports or retail sectors, in purchasing and merchandising, with a natural interest and knowledge of product development and consumer trends.
Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of financial processes and forecasting
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder
Ability to collaborate in a matrix-oriented environment across various business functions Process and operational capability
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training

Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
