You’ll be part of the Men’s Digital Marketing team. Within digital marketing, we serve athletes* on their terms and beyond their dreams. We partner with a very diverse set up teammates, from Brand Management to Nike Direct Digital and everything in between. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Senior Professional who is looking to further grow their skillset and accelerate their career. The ideal candidate has a passion for sport and the culture around it, and for Running in particular. You are consumer obsessed and have a desire to bring magic to our athletes* across EMEA. You have a proven track record creating impactful seasonal campaigns and are comfortable communicating to a diverse set of stakeholder and levels. You have no problem working across multiple seasons at once.
As a Senior Professional, we expect you to work independently, have a strong strategic vision as well as driving operational excellence within your Field of Play. You know and have experience in how to champion effective collaboration cross functionally. Your curiosity and drive will help establish strong partnerships with your direct team, as well as with other teammates. You bring proven project management skills, can manage multiple partners at once and are capable to drive work forward.
Relevant experience in Marketing or Digital functions
Experience in building and bringing marketing and/or digital consumer journeys to life.
Experience working in a complex organizational matrix with multiple stakeholders, navigating through ambiguity to clarity.
Proven project management and organizational skills, with a track record of leading projects in autonomy, and a demonstrated ability to balance between creative and operational tasks.
Experience and interest in working with data. You are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in their day to day.
Familiarity working with tools such as Keynote, Airtable, Figma and Adobe Analytics.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working within the Running Digital Marketing team, performing a critical role in our seasonal offense. You will use your curiosity and creativity to drive seasonal campaign strategies, bringing big ideas to life. You will be obsessing the details of the end-to-end digital journey, across Nike.com, Nike App and Email, leveraging Member and channel insights to create the best expression of the Nike brand on our digital ecosystem. In a typical week:
Lead and optimize the seasonal & 365 Running Digital Marketing Strategy and programming, upstream & downstream.
Design best in class, inspirational digital journeys to successfully launch seasonal innovations with impact.
Represent the Consumer & Field of Play point of view within both Marketing and Nike Digital CODE gates.
Collaborate with the Lifecycle, Targeted Communications and Membership teams to be an accelerant of the Consumer x Field of Play priorities.
Define the Running Digital learning agenda and measurement plan, to unlock our ability to get every member engaged and active.
Represent Digital Marketing in the Nike Direct Consumer x Field of Play squad to connect & guide the team in delivering industry defining integrated plans.
Drive deep expertise on how to optimize the Running ecosystem, in partnership with the dual gender, cross-functional Running team.

Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
