WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Sr. Professional, Retail Brand, NSW. Who can help us drive & support retail brand strategies for NSW FoP, adapt global seasonal retail directives across Nike Direct and Wholesale partners.
We desire a creative, collaborative, people-first teammate who will support and develop soulful seasonal product innovations campaigns and experiences to drive demand and influence consumers across the marketplace.
They will understand that the consumer journey in retail, also constantly looking for opportunities to evolve and improve the way we speak to our consumers in store, connect with consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be responsible for understanding both the art and science of marketing; obsessing the business, consumer insights, and the creative ways we engage consumers with products, services, and experiences in retail.
You will work closely with x-functional team, to support and develop storytelling direction & guidelines for seasonal retail campaigns.
As the Sr. Professional, Retail Brand, you bringing your retail marketing experience into the larger brand marketing strategies, including City Brand team & Energy team.
You will partner with Geo Brand and Retail Brand counterparts to ensure Global Retail Brand strategies serve their needs and to guide geo adoption, translations, and execution of the plan.
You will work closely with Retail Creative teams to build the vision for how the Seasonal Retail Campaigns come to life in-store.
You will partner with Digital and Social Marketing teams to assist in building the holistic seasonal brand plan and ensuring the right content is briefed to power the O2O consumer journey.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Retail Brand. You will be part of a team that collaborates daily with GC Brand Marketing, Retail Concept & Experience, Visual Merchandising, Retail Production, and Geo teams- all with the goal to tell amazing brand stories in retail, increase brand awareness, engagement and sales in the marketplace.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of retail brand experience (building and implementing strategies)
- A strong understanding of the Brand Defining storytelling, consumer shopping behaviors, retail journeys, and retail trends.
- A passion for product and storytelling.
- Dedication to details.
- Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Pro-active problem solver, with the ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution.
- An impeccable ability for balancing creativity with business needs, keeping the consumer at the center of the work.
- Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goal.
- Ability to travel 20%.

Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag.
