WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior, Sport Led Brand Marketing leader based out of SEA&I Territory/Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate demonstrates passion for sport, cultural savvy and strategic thought leadership, with a deep knowledge of our target consumer and who is influencing this consumer. We are looking for someone who can suggest innovative, imaginative, and resourceful ways to solve problems, overcome obstacles and take Jordan Brand into new territory.
In this role, you will be able to challenge outdated rules, the status quo, and traditional thinking to accelerate our distinction within Sport. You will create ideas, strategies, plans, and journeys for the Jordan Brand across Sport Dimensions, Streetwear, and Energy.
This role will lead on-ground executions and experiences aligned to Jordan Brand strategy across Sport, Streetwear, Energy. Ensuring flawless cross-functional execution for the Jordan Brand in the Philippines, with a focus on Manila as a key city and Sport as a key priority.

The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of the Jordan Brand Consumer in Manila and an ability to craft and lead cross-functional marketing plans. This person needs to have excellent communication skills, expertise in on-ground brand executions and experiences, the ability to work cross-functionally, and effective decision-making. Additionally, operating with integrity, acting responsibly, and demonstrating proactive ownership of the Brand in their marketplace.
5+ years of marketing, brand, or cultural strategy experience.
Deep appreciation for sport, cultural nuance and local insight, from Philippines.
Genuine connection and deep understanding of Jordan Brand across Sport, Streetwear, Energy. With a passion and interest for growing Jordan Brand Sport (with a focus on Basketball) in your market.
A team-first mindset & passion for Jordan Brand, Basketball, and sneaker culture.
Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of digital, athlete, influencer and experiential marketing
Ability to think strategically, work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, multi-task, manage budgets, and work with both internal and external partners (agencies).
Business-level proficiency (fluent) in both English and Tagalog (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive the development and execution of the local Jordan Brand strategy, plans, and brand activations bringing in new consumers and audiences into the brand across all levels as well as reinforcing the Brand connection with our most important consumers.
Each day will bring dynamic opportunities that you’ll work with your team of brand
marketers to solve for. You will obsess how to make our brand, marketplace, and
seasonal activations resonate with our target consumers. Your team will lead the brand exploration across diverse subcultures, partnerships and experiences in a way that is locally relevant and deepens the relationship with our consumer.
Together, with your partners, you will grow and establish the brand in relevant subcultures, communities, and athletes. Through crafting distinctive brand plans, programming, and moments, you will ignite love for our brand.
Responsibilities will include:
Development of local seasonal marketing strategies and plans for brand concepts, product collections, and key local moments. Success metrics include increases to brand strength and distinction, market share growth, traffic to owned platforms and channels, and sell-through of key seasonal products.
Mine consumer insights and market trends related to Sport to shape consumer-driven marketing strategies.
Execution of local seasonal brand programming and on ground activations serving local Athletes and Sport Communities
Collaborate across Global, Geo, and City teammates to build a comprehensive approach to serve local Athletes* across Jordan Sports dimensions (with a focus on Basketball), Streetwear, and Energy Brand
Management of key local Jordan Brand Relationships across select Athletes, communities, partners and catalysts
Champion Jordan Culture with the team
The candidate will work cross-functionally across diverse teams including brand creative, integrated media, digital marketing, retail marketing, sports marketing, communications, and select specialist teams in Global and Geo (based in World Headquarters). This will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus with critical stakeholder groups to effectively lead the Jordan Sport Led Offense.
