We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer with a passion for building robust and scalable AI platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software with Agentic first design as focus
Skillset Required
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in distributed systems, AI-native architectures, and data platforms.
Experience with various stages of software development, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or Scala
Deep expertise with ML platforms like AWS SageMaker or Bedrock, Azure ML, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP Cloud SQL, Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI architecture, LLMs, LLM Orchestration like LangGrapg or LangChain, Agent Eval, AI governance frameworks, and modern RAG pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
A strong familiarity and development experiences with agentic workflow and AI/LLM powered enterprise applications
Proven ability to deliver high-impact, API-first services at scale.
Proficiency with tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is critical for managing cloud infrastructure programmatically, ensuring consistency, and enabling automation.
Expertise with AI native development like Claude Code or Cursor.ai or similar tools
Testing & Quality Standards: Test-driven development (TDD) mindset with hands-on experience in pytest, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks. Maintains high test coverage and uses static analysis tools (linters, type checkers) to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Git Workflow & Collaboration: Experience with Trunk-Based Development or GitFlow workflows. Comfortable with frequent integration and collaborative branching strategies.
Agile Delivery: Proven track record working in Scrum or agile teams with iterative, pragmatic, value-driven delivery. Ships incremental working software while balancing engineering rigor with timely solutions.
Business-centric Communication: Translates technical investigations into actionable insights for product stakeholders. Articulates the "why" behind technical recommendations in terms of user value, risk mitigation, or business impact. Produces documentation that enables team understanding without requiring follow-up spikes.
Strong experience with functional programming paradigms. Comfortable writing immutable, composable, side-effect-free code.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Experience in guiding and supporting junior engineers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Frontend Development (Nice to have but not mandatory): Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular) and CSS preprocessors (SCSS/SASS). Experience with component-based architecture and responsive design principles.
MLOps technologies and frameworks
Proven experience building AI Platforms or Agentic AI based enterprise applications and systems
Building and designing scalable Distributed Systems with RDBMS or NoSQL databases

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and trusted AI platforms and services.
Develop SDKs, APIs, and microservices to support enterprise-wide Agentic AI systems as per business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Implement best practices in software development, data governance, and platform observability.
Development of agentic and AI/LLM powered enterprise applications
Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers.

Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
