We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop, code, configure, and test automations, programs, and solutions independently with minimal supervision to meet the process automation platform needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and product managers across the domains to understand the requirements and develop scalable platform capabilities. Define and implement the key metrics to evaluate the platform usage and provide useful insights to business with automation tools and frameworks that promote reusability and standardization across the organization.
We require this candidate with below capabilities.
1. Well communication skill and have basic project management knowledge.
2. Oral/Reading/Writing English skill.
3. A good team player with high passion of system feature delivery. Work with development teams and product managers to work on software solutions.
4. As a developer, this person should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
5. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
6. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
7. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
8. Create security and data protection settings.
9. Write technical documentation.
10. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.

01 Solliciteer

02 Maak kennis met een recruiter of doe een test
Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
03 Sollicitatiegesprek
