WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role you will work fluidly across the Paris/France marketing team, but will also work cross-functionally within Paris/France with key partners such as Sports Marketing, SCI and Consumer Insights in service of our athletes. And you will of course build strong relationships with key partners in the city – a collection of the faces & organisations that we believe best represent our brand. In addition, you will have a strong connection to the Geo Consumer Construct team in our european headquarters with regular connectivity with that team and other functional teams such as the Women’s Brand Creative Studio, Affiliates, Media and so on.

Essential Requirements:
A demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city, and Nike’s position within it.
A clear passion and understanding for the Sportswear industry.
A great overview of Sportswear trends and profiles who influence the city.
A proven experience in translating consumer/member insights into brand activation.
An out-of-the-box mindset eager to bring innovative ideas to the table and disrupt the Marketplace.
An understanding of the Nike ecosystem / the different levers we have at hand to impact consumers.
A desire and willingness to adapt in an agile manner to both consumer and organizational needs to deepen our relationships with members.
Proficiency in French and English.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Specialist II Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle, Paris/France, you will be a part of the Paris/France Brand Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Manager Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle, Paris/France.
This role will be responsible for supporting our Women’s Lifestyle Field of Play point of view on the ground in Paris/France, including:
Supporting the Manager Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle in identifying the people & organizations that best align to our brand values and can best bring our individual Consumer Field of Play strategies to life. Then managing these relationships in a robust yet sustainable fashion.
Coordinating with the Geo Consumer Construct Brand Marketing Field of Play teams to support the amplification of key Concept Map stories through on-the-ground executions. This can include but is not limited to pinnacle Nike brand executions but also come through our wholesale marketplace in the form of on the-ground partner marketing executions.
Supporting the identification & gathering of structured and continuous consumer insights to allow us to better serve athletes* on the ground in Paris and France through Women’s Lifestyle and then feeding back these insights to EMEA/Global in order to help refine our longer-term strategy.
All roles in our organisation, while generally specific in functional or Field of Play
connectivity, will need to be agile to some extent. This will ensure that in an everchanging landscape, and with a Concept Map that sometimes focuses more deeply on one particular area of the Brand & Business, that we always have enough resource to ensure pinnacle execution of our most key priorities. This role will be generally focused on Women’s Lifestyle, but in times where the organisation may require, you may need to step into other Marketing functional work for Paris/France, Women’s Lifestyle work.
