Who we are looking for
As part of the Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, you will play a vital role in bringing Nike’s brand stories and marketing campaigns to life, rooted in the Athlete Way and designed to inspire the next generation through product, people, and purpose. You’ll support and execute seasonal marketing plans that place product innovation, consumer energy, and cultural relevance at the forefront across our retail partners and their channels.
We’re seeking an insight-driven, culturally tuned-in marketeer with a strong foundation in digital and retail marketing, and ability to shape integrated marketing plans in collaboration with Nike main account Partners, deep knowledge of the sporting goods industry, and a sharp eye for style, sneaker culture and emerging women’s sport inspired trends. You're passionate about shaping the future of the industry by better serving Nike consumers—especially Her—through meaningful, relevant, and elevated experiences.

What you will work on
- Support seasonal campaigns and always-on storytelling, helping to bring Nike’s marketing plans to life across partner channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Act as a key liaison between integrated marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and collaboration.
- Leverage consumer and marketplace insights to build and strengthen integrated Partner Marketing plans and inform future storytelling and brand direction.
- Champion Nike’s brand across the marketplace, with a focus on female consumers, style, and key moments in sport and lifestyle.

As a cross-functional connector, you’ll help drive cohesive and impactful seasonal campaigns across the EMEA region that align with both Nike and partner priorities.
What you bring
- Experience working in an account marketing or category marketing team, with direct responsibility for Integrated Partner Marketing plans, digital, retail marketing and 360 campaign executions.
- A strong track record in account management, with experience owning and managing external relationships and influencing shared business and brand outcomes.
- A deep passion for sport, culture, and the power of storytelling to move people and communities forward.
- A sharp understanding of the women’s consumer landscape, particularly in relation to sneaker culture, style, and lifestyle trends.
- A genuine interest in women’s trends and how they intersect with product, innovation, sport culture and consumer identity.
- A passion for the Nike brand and a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to Partner Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, with a focus on delivering successful end-to-end executions.
- Agility in managing multiple priorities, adjusting as needed in response to evolving brand or business needs.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a high standard of executional excellence, planning, and follow-through.

Als je wordt geselecteerd voor een functie binnen Corporate, neemt een recruiter contact met je op om het sollicitatieproces te starten. Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
