WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Retail Marketing team, dedicated to bringing athletes’ dreams to life across EMEA Marketplace through the lens of sport—particularly Running, Training, and Nike SKIMS.
You’ll collaborate daily with Running,Training &. Nike SKIMS Brand and Business Functions, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Product, Retail Design, Digital Brand, Global, and City/Territory teams. Together, you’ll deliver impactful retail marketing initiatives, create exceptional consumer experiences, and drive awareness and sales in the marketplace.
This role reports directly to the Director, Retail Brand Running, Training and Nike SKIMS EMEA.

Key Requirements:
Strong passion for Sport & Athletes, particularly in Running and Training
Experience in Retail Marketing, Brand, and/or Retail Design and understanding of X-funtional work streams
Background of mono brand and multi brand Marketplace Marketing experience
A collaborative mindset, contributing constructively to team discussions and valuing diverse perspectives and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Knowledge and passion for elevating the consumer experience and support Nike’s marketplace growth
Creative and curious thinker follows changing consumer trends and translates the insights into action
Comfort working with data, insights, and cultural trends to inform marketing decisions
Exceptional presentation, organisation and communication skills
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
High confidence in Keynote skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll support the Retail Brand team in serving athletes across the full EMEA retail marketplace (Nike Direct and Wholesale) through seasonal campaigns.
Your focus will be on delivering seasonal campaigns, retail programming and brand distinction from pinnacle to scale, particularly in full-price marketplaces and territories.
Key responsibilities include:
Work through integrated retail marketing offense for Sport at Retail across EMEA, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Nike’s brand priorities and standards.
Adapt global strategies and lead geo-originated priorities that deliver Nike-only distinction at scale across Nike-owned, partner, and marketplace doors.
Develop seasonal retail marketing briefs and campaigns.
Drive Window and Initiative Zone seasonal storytelling planning and post execution tracking.
Lead and support in-store storytelling and retail programming.
Support EKIN activations and Visual Merchandising elevations.
Execute multi-brand retail campaigns with partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Stores, and Sport Teams to ensure flawless execution.
Plan towards seasonal execution budgets aligned with brand priorities and partner with Account Marketing on trade terms.
