WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Sr. Expert, Global Brand Social Creative is accountable for developing high-impact, platform right campaigns against new brand concept. This role is charged with partnering within a virtual team responsible for blowing up the internet with amazing social ideas inclusive of creative strategic intent, platform innovation and culture bending work. In addition, this position will also be tasked with demonstrating how to best utilize different social platforms & owned partner and digital channels for innovative creative executions.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will partner with Sr. Creative Directors, Art Directors, Digital Designers, Narrative & Voice Directors, Writers, Brand Creative Leadership, Digital & Brand Marketing Directors, Production and Operations teams, Media team, as well as external agencies & external creators.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Executing with social platform in mind – you will be accountable for execution across Nike brand + partner brand social platforms and emerging mediums for every project.
- Collaborating with creative leadership – you will be responsible for building and deepening relationships within each new brand concept team in order to develop insightful connection points that speak to consumers at the appropriate pulse of culture & sport.
- Sport x social obsession– you will influence and obsess how brand concepts and campaign direction show up on owned & partner social handles.
- Inspiration for the discipline – you will discover new places of virality and consumer insights that push the team and brand in new ways of modern marketing and internet creativity.
- Platform risk-taking– you will unlock innovative storytelling mechanisms to utilize social in untapped approaches that engage consumers at expected sport & cultural moments, in unexpected ways.
- Strong agency partner– you will be an executional partner for the brand concepts alongside external agencies, working in a collaborative way to build upon each other’s work.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education and experience, and training.
- Deep passion and knowledge of global sport and athletes first and foremost.
- Creative leadership – deep experience working with Sr. Creative Directors and Art Directors to inspire and guide social design teams through ambiguity and complexity.
- Proven creative mastery of internet & social knowledge – thorough ability to deliver outstanding content, ideas, and experiences on time and within budget.
- Strong strategic communication – high proficiency in effectively applying visual skills to communicate complex ideas, aligning stakeholders with clarity and influence.
- Collaboration & influence – proven expertise in building trust across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial drive – proficiency in identifying opportunities and driving innovation.
- Talent magnetism – ability to help attract, mentor, and retain top creative talent.
- Online Culture Aptitude – The ability to identify trends, know what’s hot, who the latest creators’ athletes and artists are. As well as having a sharp eye for identifying opportunities to pioneer new ideas through social platforms.

Deze recruiter blijft gedurende het hele proces je belangrijkste contactpersoon. Voor functies binnen Retail doe je een interactieve test die bestaat uit een chat en quizzen. Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag. Ongeacht de functie willen we meer te weten komen over jou, dus schroom niet om te laten zien hoe je service van wereldklasse benadert en wat jou uniek maakt.
