Nike Direct Value Merchandising Operations ensures we can bring our product assortment to consumers across Nike Value Stores every season. In this role you will focus on operational tasks related to buying and trading the seasonal assortment. You will orchestrate the day to day work within the full Value Merch Ops team to ensure timely and high quality delivery. Finally, you play a key role in the execution of projects related to the tools the team works with.
To be successful in the role, you should be detail-oriented, you have an analytical mindset and you like to think outside the box. Excellent communicator and are able to bring people together and take them along on the team’s journey. Finally, you don’t stop looking for opportunities to make our processes and tools better or simpler.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Nike Direct Value Merchandising Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced Operations team based at Nike EHQ in the Netherlands.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce Operations team and report to the Value Merchandising Operations Manager. You will work very closely with the NVS merchandising team for the relevant/ assigned segment. Daily you will collaborate with cross-functional teams like but Supply Chain, Planning, Liquidation team, Allocation and Nike Global vendors.

Operations: A blend of analytical skills, natural system interest, data flow and end to end process focus is required to validate data and align between consumer segments. Results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and excellent problem solving skills, i.e., the ability to structure and simplify problems.

  • Process management skills & experience.
  • The proven ability and eagerness to learn new systems and platforms.
  • Ability to validate data, own data management and communicate to a broader audience
  • Influencing skills to drive processes with corresponding dates and gates X-functional.
  • High level Operational execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Excel- Broad range of skills that go beyond basic formulas and data entry. Will be able to work with formulas, pivot tables and charts, data validation and optimization.
  • Comfortable using tools and technology (i.e Outlook, Slack, Power Point, Miro, Airtable, etc)
  • SAP Knowledge is a plus
