As an Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of logistics excellence—analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring the seamless flow of Converse products from origin through our campus to the customer’s front door by balancing out the Consumer satisfaction, capacity, cost, and sustainability. Your insights and actions will elevate operational performance and drive customer satisfaction beyond expectations.

  • Passion for Supply Chain Management: Whether through work experience or studies, you are eager to shape and improve logistics operations.
  • Analytical Mindset & Problem-Solving Skills: You thrive on analyzing data, uncovering trends, and solving complex challenges. You’re fluent in Excel, and experience with SAP, Power Query, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can distill vast amounts of data into key insights, translating them into actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement Attitude: You spot inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions rather than seeing barriers.
  • Effective Communicator: You have strong communication skills and are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Reliable & Collaborative: You’re a dynamic team player who connects well with colleagues across departments, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.

IMPORTANT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE NOTE:

  • Hybrid working: 2 days/week home office, 3 days/week at the office. (You need to be able to come to the office by means of your own, we do not recommend public transport for this site)
  • Applications will be accepted until end of day 08th July 2025

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Daily Operations:
You’ll be the backbone of our supply chain processes, offering vital day-to-day support to operations. From ensuring carriers have everything they need to work closely with on-site teams, warehousing partners (3PL), Marketplace Supply Chain teams, Nike ELC, and carrier networks, you’re the key to operational success.

Delivering Solutions:
Become the go-to expert in logistics by analyzing data, solving challenges, and anticipating future business needs. You’ll spearhead improvements and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Monitoring & Optimization:
Data-driven decision-making is crucial. You’ll prepare and maintain accurate reports (daily, weekly & monthly) to ensure KPIs remain on track.
