WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Serve as an integral team member of the WE Integrated Digital Marketing team, the Converse Direct team, and overall Brand Marketing org to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense.
To drive Western Europe’s business results and consumer offense, you will work cross-functionally with key partners across Digital Marketing, Direct, CRM, Merch, Analytics, Data Science, Content Planning, and Brand Creative. This role will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus across the enterprise.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in how we show up in Western Europe. This position will help explore new ways to engage and grow our consumers, enhance how we bring stories to life across the digital landscape, and will be responsible for helping to achieve business priorities.
You are a results oriented team player, with a passion for the Converse consumer, a curiosity for how they engage/shop online, and a desire to elevate how Converse can best serve them! You will be part of an expert team of digital marketers who work x-functionally to activate marketing campaigns and programs that deliver on the Brand’s business objectives that position Converse as a progressive Youth-oriented, creative lifestyle brand. You will obsess the business, have a sense of curiosity and look for ways to experiment with new ideas, and your analytical mindset will constantly improve results.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help elevate the Converse Brand in paid media environments with a focus on digital, serving our direct consumers and helping to fuel and grow our digital ecosystem. Work with your manager and team to build full funnel marketing plans and oversee day-to day operations to bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for our consumer.
Responsible for helping implement the marketing agenda/strategy for the Geo - delivering on business and growth targets with key focus on short & long-term paid media KPI’s.
Responsible for supporting the Lead PPC & SEO Performance in ensuring implementation of the new measurement framework adoption & CP Codes across agency & Analytics Teams.
Suppor the IDM Seasonal Planning Lead & IDM Director to help drive the 13-week always-on journey/plans and audience strategy based on revenue targets and product buys linked to the seasonal brief.
Partnering with the IDM Seasonal Lead & IDM team to input into evergreen planning & execution for seasonal campaigns through media agency & partners.
Craft the creative briefs (alongside the IDM Leads), develop consumer-centric end in mind assets, using best practices to Global Digital, Brand Creative & Freelancers.
Drive weekly/monthly key channel status & alignment to implement daily work.
Develop powerful and engaging data visualization for team’s findings.
Act as a positive influence, integrator, advocate, and collaborator across functions.
Exhibit financial excellence through budget management and PO process, working closely with Finance partners, ensuring we deliver on budget and pay vendors on time.
Work alongside the Performance Marketing Manager and Analytics Manager to build channel forecasts.
This role is not open for relocation.
