WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Authenticators Marketplace Unit is looking for a Partner Representative to join the Running team! The RSG (Running Specialty Group) team is a dynamic team that works together to support and drive the running strategy by focusing on Running Specialty doors.
Our Primary goal is to manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand, but we will also identify product opportunities, implement merchandising strategies; stay current on product and product changes and display strong customer service skills
The ideal location for this position is Nashville, TN.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This particular role is part of the RSG team that is responsible for the South Region of the US. We are looking for someone to be a part of that team and be the primary day-to-day person that is responsible for a group of independent regional accounts.
You will drive the authentication of Nike running through your accounts by aligning to existing strategies, while optimizing Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information.
The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and the Running Authenticators team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 3 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Experience in the Running Industry in retail or sales is strongly preferred
- Proven leadership ability
- Passionate about running, preferably an enthusiast and a participant
- Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
- Strong working knowledge of the running industry and trends in the marketplace
- Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
- Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the USA
