People Solutions cares for the end-to-end teammate experience and flawless delivery of HR programs and services to our 80k teammates worldwide, during the moments that matter most to them. People Solutions Services is the front door of all things related to HR. Teammates and Managers receive appropriate advice or coaching based on the nature of their inquiry.
Who we are looking for
As a People Solutions Advisor, you will support and empower the People Solutions Advisory team at our European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum. People Solutions is Nike's Service Delivery Model that provides high quality service to all our employees. You will gradually build outstanding expertise in the following areas: employee benefits, compensation, HR Processes and policies, service delivery to Nike employees, etc. In short, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and will find the right solution for each of their questions (via phone, chat or HR portal).
What you will work on
You will be part of a larger team of approximately 15 individuals that together bring world class teammate experience to our Nike teammates across EMEA.
You will provide excellent service and detailed HR support to employees. This service includes daily availability on the phone and accurate follow-up of the questions People Solutions receives. Hereby you provide timely, accurate, and complete information to make correct estimations and decisions about the actions to be taken which you continue to follow up afterwards. Together with the team you share work methods and make process improvements where vital. For this, you first identify key areas that need improvement to implement in-to-detail HR processes.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Senior Supervisor, People Solutions Advisory and you will be part of the team of People Solutions Advisory based in the European HQ in Hilversum. Collaborators include People Solutions teammates (regional and global), People Solutions Advisors, as well as Nike Teammates (Retail & Corporate).
