WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

In this role you will report directly into the Digital Marketing Director and will be a member of the Digital Latam Marketing Team. The role partners with the Digital leads of each territory, NDDC Mexico Team, APLA Marketing, Nike Digital teams, and cross functional partners such as Brand Creative, Retail, Media and Brand Planning & Operations.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and driving the digital marketing vision and strategies across Latin America territories. Demonstrating an agility to learn amidst a complex digital environment. This position is based in Mexico City.

For this role you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing. 
  • Passionate for sport - whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out.
  • In depth understanding of the digital landscape, user experience and our digital platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing analytics, deriving actionable insights and applying learnings.
  • Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers.
  • High-Profile Communication and Influencing Skills: Demonstrated adeptness with high-profile communication. Skills include excellent verbal and written communication of complex and/or controversial topics and concepts; meeting facilitation; effective communication on status, issues, risks and opportunities with senior leadership teams – both internal and external, and a proven ability to influence key business decisions.
  • Team Management Skills: Proven experience managing complex projects and initiatives. 
  • Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent organizational and project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to marketing leadership.
  • Problem solver with ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, share ideas, develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?

  • Lead, drive, coach, and inspire our LaTam territory team
  • Act as subject matter expert of the Nike.com platform, providing knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive engagement and conversion.
  • Drive the digital offense against quantifiable outcomes and KPIs with acountability to Brand and Business.
  • Ensure Digital strategy is executed holistically throughout the different territories, while developing territory specific strategies.
  • Operationalize territory playbooks and toolkits with channel guidelines, member-journey frameworks, digital marketing capability use cases and best practices informed by data and insights to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Geo and Global teams in the delivery/execution of new digital capabilities and innovative test and learn pilot programs for the city.
  • Serve as a Digital Marketing expert to the territories team in driving digital excellence and innovation.
  • Manage the day-to-day business, analyzing the wins and opportunities and enabling quick decisions and solutions.
  • Partner across functions to provide solutions to support the company strategy.
