  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions and cultures

  • Global mindset with an understanding of how learning lands across regions and environments

  • Experience across first-line and corporate audiences is preferable

  • Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that encourage reflection, connection, and action

  • Adapt facilitation style in real time to meet the needs of diverse senior audiences and leadership contexts

  • Collaborate with peer facilitators and program designers to maintain consistency and excellence across delivery

  • Act as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day program operations and delivery

  • Maintain learning calendars, operational milestones, and key program data

  • Produce, validate, and distribute reports (e.g., attendance, forecasting, feedback insights) to inform decisions

  • Manage courses, assignments, and reporting in Workday Learning

Continuous Improvement & Impact

  • Use participant feedback, learning metrics, and data to continuously improve learning solutions

  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning methods and elevate the participant experience
