WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Lead, Partner/Omnichannel Marketing Professional SEA&I (Digital), will report to the Director, Digital Marketing Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and partner closely with the Marketing teams in WHQ, Singapore and India; and Digital Commerce teams in Singapore. This role will collaborate with teammates across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to inspire and connect with athletes*.

Specifically, this role will collaborate and partner with the following key internal and external stakeholders to build integrated marketing plans: Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Commerce, Brand Creative, Product & Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance & Procurement, 3rd Party Marketplace Platforms, Agency & Production partners in SEA&I and APLA.

you are a Digital Marketer with a strong understanding of the consumer, their lifestyle, and how they shop online. You support Brand and Business objectives, playing a vital role in defining the future of new commerce. You are a team player and a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test & fail and learn & evolve. You value the importance of data and consumer insights and appreciate the creative process with the ability to seamlessly move between strategy and tactical execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing. 

  • Passionate for sport - whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out.

  • Understanding of the digital landscape, user experience and our digital platforms.

  • Experience working with Digital Marketplace Platforms.

  • Experience working with marketing analytics, deriving actionable insights and applying learnings.

  • Ability to drive a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.

  • Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed.

  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Lead, Partner/Omnichannel Marketing Professional SEA&I (Digital), you will be responsible for supporting the marketing vision for pure players/marketplaces to transform our brand into the most sophisticated, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will drive brand engagement, clicks and sell through to keep Nike as the #1 brand across the marketplace portfolio. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an integrated Consumer Direct O2O Marketing team.

  • Serve as an integral member of the Digital Marketing, Consumer Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), and overall Territory Marketing team to support and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish a Nike brand voice, vision and strategy across marketplace platforms.

  • Become a subject matter expert of the digital marketplace platforms in the Southeast Asia and an understanding of the India platforms (Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and in future drive connected member engagement and retention.

  • Be the brand representation and brand liaison with both internal & external partners to ensure aligned vision and strategy on how Nike shows up in each individual platform. Collaborate & inform the vision and plan.

  • Lead and create Nike’s authentic, premium, and impactful digital experience and journeys, not limited to traditional ones, also have the constantly explore and pilot the new ways of digital marketing relevant to each digital marketplace platform.

  • Lead the seasonal planning, store design management, content ideation & development, needs and distribution across various platform ecosystems.

  • Lead and strategize platforms’ seasonal plans in partnership with NDDC to plan on platform key moments and products. Co-develop Product Listing Ads agreements, search and brand ads/events.

  • Collaborate, direct and provide all brand approvals to third party agency partners.

  • Drive the digital offense against quantifiable outcomes and KPIs with accountability to Brand and Business.

  • Operationalize digital marketing capability use cases and best practices informed by data insights & analytics to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

  • Facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings to drive team growth and continuous improvement.

  • In partnership with the NDDC & New Commerce Lead, collect and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers across all digital channels and brand store environments.

  • Drive a traffic strategy developing a clear gameplan around achieving conversation through placements, search optimization and creative “hacks”, providing pro-active recommendations to maximize traffic.
