WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of the CEMEA marketing team, dedicated to some of the fastest growing territories across Europe, Middle East and Africa. With more than 85 countries in total, CEMEA is home to the most youthful and diverse consumers (1.7B pop), as well as some of the best Athletes*, Sport & Cultural moments the world can offer. There are more than 5800 points of sale across CEMEA including Nike’s largest door in the world. Providing just as many opportunities to bring to life the Nike sport offense and elevate our brand and business impact in the marketplace.

The CEMEA team values authenticity, curiosity and a growth mindset. In this Retail Marketing role, you’ll be reporting directly to the Marketing Director. With his support and the partnership of the central Retail Marketing team, you’ll help shape our strategy and how we can elevate our brand across the full marketplace including, Nike direct, Digital and Wholesale. You’ll also be working closely with a talented team of marketeers across both EHQ and our territories. You’ll be asked to coordinate with our sports and territory business counterparts as well as our different marketing functional experts including Comms, Energy, Media, Digital & VMS teams to create impact in the marketplace. Finally in this role you’ll be able to work closely with some the best creative agency partners in the industry to continuously push the edge of creativity in our doors.

The ideal candidate has a strong retail marketing background and understands how we can make a difference in this space. You are able to craft a strategic vision and plans as well as drive clarity with all stakeholders. You can be a strong voice for the region and insure alignment with multiple teams, both centrally and across territories. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this position, you’ll be asked to support the Retail Brand team to serve all athletes across the full CEMEA retail marketplace (Nike Direct and Wholesale) through our seasonal campaigns. Obsessing the consumer experience and brand distinction from pinnacle to scale, specifically focusing on our Distributors marketplace and territories. Some of the key missions include;

  • (85%) Drive the integrated retail marketing offense for the Sport at Retail, focused on the full CEMEA Retail Marketplace ensuring every retail touch point is a reflection of Nike’s brand priorities & brand standards.
  • Expand on, tailor, and adapt Global strategies and directives and lead Geo originated priorities that drive Nike-Only distinction at Scale across the following core seasonal areas inclusive of NSO, NSP, Marketplace Partners, and Distributors.

    • Multi-Brand Retail Campaigns with Partners 
  • Collaborate with x-functional partners across Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Stores, and Sport Teams to ensure executional excellence. 
  • Manage the seasonal execution budgets against Brand Priorities & partner with Account Marketing to spend Trade Terms. 
  • (15%) In this digital marketing role, you’ll also spend some of your time supporting the strategic rollout and marketing execution of NDDC-P (Nike.com) in our distributors markets. Ensuring clear guidance and connect between central and local teams, content access, and aligning on seasonal planning and execution.
