Local Creation is one of Nike’s most dynamic and fast-paced environments, bringing products to market with greater speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating conditions that allow creative teams to do their best work. Someone who understands that exceptional design is enabled by strong operations, clear priorities, effective collaboration, and the right tools, processes, and support systems. Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across diverse stakeholders.
Digital & AI tools: the ideal candidate brings experience with collaborative and visual working tools such as Miro as well as fluency using project and workflow management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, insights, planning, and decision-making.
You may come from Design Operations, Creative Operations, Studio Operations, Product Creation Operations, Innovation Operations, Creative Project Management, Agency Project Management, Program Management in Fashion, Footwear, Apparel, Gaming, Media, Architecture, Creative Agency or Innovation environments.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will help shape how Design operates across Local Creation EMEA while building the capabilities, tools, and ways of working needed to support future growth, by improving workflows, driving alignment across teams, and building operational excellence that allows creativity to move faster.
